PRIVACY
Short version: the games collect nothing about you. The waitlist collects your work email and a few details, only to contact you about Tokenopia. If you buy the Learn AI course, we keep your email so we know you paid.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Tokenopia is run by Taron Hovsepyan, who is responsible for your data (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].
THE GAMES
Scores, streaks, levels and learned habits are saved in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device and you can clear them by clearing site data.
If anonymous usage counting is switched on, the site sends events such as "a Model Match round was answered correctly" with the puzzle number. These events carry no name, email, account, cookie or device identifier.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of a normal web request (see Google's privacy policy).
THE WAITLIST
If you join the waitlist we collect: work email, company, role and Claude seat band, plus the date you signed up.
Why: to tell you when early access to Tokenopia opens and to understand which teams are interested. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where: stored by Taron Hovsepyan on the server that runs this site. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
How long: until early access opens, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
THE LEARN AI COURSE
Chapter 1 is free and needs no account. To buy the full course you sign in with Google and pay on Buy Me a Coffee.
Sign in with Google: Google tells us your email address and that it is verified. We keep it only in a sign-in cookie on your device for up to 30 days (needed to show you the course; you can remove it with SIGN OUT). We do not ask Google for your contacts, files or anything else.
Payment: Buy Me a Coffee handles the payment. It sends us your email, the email you type in its checkout question, the amount, currency and an order number. We store those emails, the amount, currency, order number and date, so we can unlock the course for you and keep sales records. All sales are final: we do not give refunds. We never see your card details. Buy Me a Coffee's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Why: to give you the course you paid for (legal basis: performing our contract with you) and to keep records of sales as the law requires.
How long: as long as you have access to the course, and sales records as long as tax law requires. Your course progress stays in your own browser, as for the games.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: email [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
